Sweet Potato Waffle Bun Burger

Sweet Potato Waffle Buns:
Ingredients
• 2 sweet potatoes (cooked + mashed)
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• Salt + pepper
Instructions
Peel and cook sweet potatoes (boil, bake, or microwave until soft).
Mash until smooth.
Mix in eggs + seasonings until fully combined.
Preheat mini waffle maker and spray lightly with oil.
Scoop mixture into waffle maker and cook until golden and crisp on the edges.
Repeat — should yield about 5 waffle buns total.
Burger Patties:
Ingredients
• 1 lb ground beef (85–90% lean)
• Garlic powder, onion powder, paprika
• Salt + pepper
Instructions
Mix beef with seasonings.
Form into 2–3 patties.
Cook in a skillet or cast iron over medium-high heat for 3–5 minutes per side.
Add cheese if desired during last minute of cooking.
Homemade Ranch:
Ingredients
• 1 cup Greek yogurt
• 1 ranch seasoning packet (or 1–2 tbsp seasoning mix)
• Splash of water or milk to thin (optional)
Instructions
Mix Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning until smooth.
Add a splash of liquid if you want it more drizzle-like.
Chill for 5–10 minutes for best flavor.
Assembly:
Use 2 sweet potato waffle buns per burger.
Add burger patty.
Drizzle or spread ranch generously.
Add lettuce, tomato, pickles, or any toppings you like.
Top with second waffle bun and enjoy.
